Executive Chef: Gwendolyn Bryan

Chef Gwendolyn Bryan is new to the St. Louis area. Originally from Wisconsin, she gained a B.A in Art History from The University of North Florida. Her skills as a historian are reflected in her food. She honors the culinary traditions of both Caribbean and Cajun culture in her cooking. Her visual artistry is apparent in every dish. She is committed to developing flavors with the freshest of ingredients. Chef Bryan has over fifteen years of experience in various culinary environments, and her skills shine in her menu.
